現在の日本のポップカルチャーの代表格としてネット上で世界的な人気を誇る音声合成ソフト「初音ミク」に遺伝子と細胞を与え、「生命／非生命の境界」、「二次創作や芸能／芸術」のはざまで育まれる現代日本の特異な想像力の可能性を探究する。
